Our traditional and fusion Scandinavian cuisine is based on the high quality and the freshness of all our ingredients.

That is why our fish are supplied directly from Iceland, our beef and lamb meat from the ethical farm in Dolní Oldříš, our vegetables from the farmers’ markets and our bread from the local Praktika bakery.
